The process

Once you inquire, I'll send you details about how I schedule sessions: I only shoot during golden hour, which is the 60-90 minutes before the sun sets. I'll send you my available dates, and should you decide to book you'll complete a contract and a 50% retainer fee ($1000 for weddings).

You're booked! Now it's time to style your family & select your location. I'll send you my Pinterest Outfit Inspo boards to help you decide on a color palette and then you'll use Style & Select's incredible online styling service. I'll pick your brain to figure out what type of location you're envisioning and you'll use my Locations Guide for inspo while I do my best to guide you towards the location that fits!

Time for your shoot! I want to capture AUTHENTIC EMOTION! That means I'll ask you guys to run around, to jump, to play, to look at the person who has the stinkiest feet or whisper to your shy middle son what you love most about him. If you have kids who are on the shyer side, I may suggest bringing their favorite books so they can snuggle on your lap and get lost in the story while I quietly snap away. I want soft kisses, laughter, and hugs so tight that you can feel them when you look back at your gallery years down the road.
